Other areas: 3–6 working days

Any free-shipping offer will be clearly mentioned on the website or during promotional campaigns.

Please provide an active phone number and accurate delivery address to avoid delays.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your order to the provided address. If the customer is unavailable, the courier may make another delivery attempt or contact the customer.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel.

6. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

CHAMBRAYZ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address or incorrect contact information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery information, contact us as soon as possible.

7. Damaged or Open Parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or appears tampered with, please take photos/videos before opening or while opening the parcel and contact CHAMBRAYZ customer support as soon as possible.
